The Journal of Geriatric Neurology (JGN) is a journal of the Korean Society of Geriatric Neurology and is published twice a year on the 15th of June and December. JGN stands for a specialized academic journal that publishes papers on basic and clinical medicine affecting the health of the elderly, focusing on neurological diseases, and related social phenomena and policies.

The online version is considered the canonical version of the journal because all of its content (i.e., including any Supplementary Data) are available to the reader.
